These terms govern your use of WyzVault, a WordPress plugin for philatelic data management published by Wyzaerd Consulting, Inc. ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using WyzVault, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase WyzVault, you receive an annual, non-exclusive license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified by your plan tier. The plugin code is distributed as GPL-compatible, consistent with WordPress licensing norms.
Your license includes access to plugin updates and support for the duration of your subscription. If you choose not to renew, the installed plugin continues to function, but you will not receive new updates or support.
Licenses renew annually. We will notify you before renewal. You may cancel at any time. Canceling does not affect your ability to use the currently installed version of the plugin — it only stops future updates and support access.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If WyzVault is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, the current subscription period is non-refundable.
WyzVault stores all data in your WordPress database and media library on your server. We do not host, access, or have any control over your catalog data. You are solely responsible for backing up your WordPress installation and database. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hosting failures, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
WyzVault is a data management tool, not a substitute for professional archival or philatelic expertise. While we test the software extensively, we do not guarantee that the software is free of errors. You should verify important cataloging and census data with qualified subject matter experts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyzaerd Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WyzVault. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent license period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
