WyzVault is a WordPress plugin that runs entirely on your server. This privacy policy explains what data we collect (very little) and what we do with it (almost nothing).

The Plugin

WyzVault stores all catalog data in your WordPress database on your server. The plugin:

• Does not transmit your catalog data to any external server
• Does not phone home or send usage analytics
• Does not include tracking, telemetry, or third-party scripts
• Does not create accounts on our systems
• Does not load any resources from CDNs or external servers

Your records, images, taxonomies, and search indexes are stored in your WordPress database and media library. They are never uploaded or shared by the plugin.

License Activation

When you activate a license key, WyzVault contacts our licensing server to validate the key. This transmits:

• Your license key
• Your site URL (used to tie the license to your WordPress installation)

No catalog data, user information, or site content is transmitted during activation.

This Website

The wyzvault.com website may use basic server-side access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type). We do not use third-party analytics services or advertising trackers on this website.

Email Communication

If you contact us at wyzvault@wyzaerd.com, we retain your email for the purpose of providing support. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your contact information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information or data with third parties.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
